June 5, 2010 - ITF Can-Am Championships

On Saturday June 5th, 2005 the Can-Am Championships were held in Oakville hosted by Morningstar Taekwon-Do. The tournament featured competitors from 7 Provinces and 5 States.

Cabot TKD had 6 competitors at the event:

May 29, 2010 - Black Belt Testing

On Saturday May 29th, 2010 Cabot Taekwon-Do promoted two new 1st Degree Black Belts, Mrs. Libby Williams and Mr. Norm Downey.

The Black belt testing consisted of 3 parts conducted by Mr. Rick Winsor, 4th Dan: Physical (23rd May), Written (24th May) and Practical (29th May). Mrs. Williams and Mr. Downey did an excellent job with all parts of the test.

May 9, 2010 - Mother's Day Class

Thank you to all the Moms, Sisters, and Friends who attended class with the students on Sunday. We had a lot of fun again this year and the students really enjoyed sharing Taekwon-Do with everyone.
